How can I track my order?
Once you have completed your order with the payment. We’ll send you the tracking number of the carrier used to ship your order.

How will I know my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you a message and an email of your shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Do you ship your orders internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Kindly contact customer service at dacikey@hotmail.com for more information about shipping to your location.
How long will it take for my order to be processed fully and sent?
Most of our products are ready made, but for cases where you choose your design, then, DaciKey typically takes about 3 to 6 business days. Others products may take longer due to delay to an item being out of stock or another reason, therefore taking longer. Keep in mind that this does not include the shipping/delivery times.
Do you do custom orders?
We do not currently do custom orders. We currently only sell ready-made clothing listed on our website.
Do you restock sold out items?
We are always updating our inventory with new styles and occasional may restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing items that's currently are unavailable, please contact us at dacikey@hotmail.com and we will advise you if an item will be restocked or discontinued. If the item will be restocked we'll provide you with the estimated arrival time frame.
How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?
We generally respond to emails within 24 hrs within our regular office hours which are Monday- Saturday, 9am-5:30 pm (GMT+8). Customer Service is currently not available on Sundays.
Do you offer wholesale?
